ROSARIO RASIZZA Managing Director
Rosario Rasizza, Managing Director: born in Varese on 16 May 1968, he obtained a diploma in electrical engineering from the Technical Institute of Gallarate. In 1997, he started his career in the Employment Agency market and opened his first agency in Varese under the Temporary S.p.A. brand of Milan. In 2001, he was asked by a group of entrepreneurs to guide the launching of a new Employment Agency and he took part in the setting-up of Openjob S.p.A. He made Openjob S.p.A. develop quickly between 2003 and 2011 thanks to the acquisition of various companies, the most recent in March 2011. On 27 December 2008, he was appointed Cavaliere al Merito della Repubblica Italiana (Order of Merit of the Republic). On 14 February, he was appointed Chairman of Assosomm, Associazione Italiana delle Agenzie per il Lavoro (National Association of Employment Agencies). He is a member of the Collegio dei Probiviri (Board of Arbitration) of the Ex Alumni Association of Liuc Unversity of Castellanza.
ALESSANDRO ESPOSTICFO/Investor Relator
Born in Milan on March 7, 1961, he graduated from Bocconi University of Milan in 1985. After a short experience at Kpmg, he moved to the current Banca Fideuram where he was responsible for relations with Institutional customers, in particular, for activities related to the market of foreign securities and exchange rates. In 1990, he joined the Indesit Company assuming the responsibility for the Export Finance sector and following, on behalf of the shareholder, several diversification projects including “Centro Energia”, together with partners such as Total and Foster Wheeler. As from 1999, he has been involved in the turnaround with a leading group of the private plant engineering sector, assuming the position of Managing Director of some foreign subsidiaries and contributing to the establishment of the Group SITI - B&T. Alessandro Esposti has been the CFO of Openjobmetis since 2007 and he fulfils the role of Investor Relator and Chief Officer in charge of writing financial reports since 3 december 2015.
IVANO TOGNASSICorium Managing Director
Born in Brescia on September 26, 1957, Mr. Tognassi completed the teacher training diploma at the V Gambara school, Brescia. He was Managing Director of In Time S.p.A. from September 1993 to December 2007, and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Openjob S.p.A. from January 1, 2008 to March 4, 2011. He has garnered particular experience in managing the early stages of employment agencies, in the first decade after the entry into force of Law 196/1997.
BIAGIO LA PORTASales Director
Biagio La Porta, Sales Director: born in Chiusa di Pesio on 1 March 1950, he obtained a diploma in Accountancy from the O.F. Mossotti Commercial Technical Institute of Novara in 1969. He started his professional career in 1971 at Latte Verbano S.p.A. of Novara where he worked as Sales and Logistics Manager; in 1989 he entered Kraft Jacobs Suchard as Italy Logistics Director for dry products and in 1997 he took on the position of Managing Director in L & D Logistica until 1999. After this experience, he started his career in the employment agency market, taking part in the setting-up of Openjob S.p.A., where he has held the position of Sales Director since 2001.
MARINA SCHEJOLAHuman Resource Manager
Born in Milan on March 29, 1956, she obtained a scientific hight school diploma in 1975. She has been the Director of the Personnel and of the business process management of Openjobmetis all over the domestic territory since 2003. In over 30 years of experience, Marina Schejola has gained a solid expertise in the management of human resources and organisation. In 2001, she was cofounder of Agenzia per il Lavoro Openjob S.p.A. assuming the role of Operations and Logistics Manager, and since 2002, she has been holding the position of Selection and Management Process Director in Openjob S.p.A. From 1995 to 2001, she was the Managing Director of Servizi Italia. In this capacity, among other things, she was responsible for the management and coordination of Human Resources, marketing and management control. In the field of consulting, she dealt with the coordination of the organisation, management and regulations for leading companies in temporary work. From 1983 to 1995, she worked at the Ministry of Finance – Revenue Office of Varese in the Coordination of internal services, dealing with the management of properties in the public domain of the State and with general affairs.
